So much has been stripped of personality -- injecting our own, with due appreciation of the situation
and context, can indeed be powerful. To "personalize" (whether by a hand-written note or otherwise) is to bring 
our "person", a part of our selves, into the interaction or exchange. It is a fitting tribute to offer, in any part of our lives...judiciously, but
where we opt to...fervently.</description>
